Bridalveil and Ribbon Falls

First of all, I should state that we were extremely fortunate in our timing of our trip to Yosemite

1) The park was empty, as it was our Spring Break, which does not co-incide with other school districts

2) There was plenty of water, so normally dry falls were running. A couple of months after we visited, the park was hit by fires.

First, before the falls, this would not be complete without a picture of El Capitan:




From the Bridalveil parking area, Ribbon Falls (drop 1612 feet) was visible from across the valley:

    



Then Bridalveil Falls (drop 620 feet)
