SeaWorld - Trainer for a Day


The trip to Seaworld was just David and Don, as Marina was visiting clients.

We started the day long before the park opened to the public. We were processed in at the employee / security entrance. There were 4 "trainers" in the program this day, three "observers", and two employees to take us around. We divided into two groups, with Rachel being our leader. David was given 2 wet suits for the day, one for the morning and one for the afternoon.

Our first stop was the "public" dolphin tank where the regular public can feed and touch the dolphins:

but then privilege took over and we went to an area off limits:

After that the groups divided up and we went with Rachel over to watch the seals. Rachel  was "volunteered" to help the trainers. Here is a picture of her in the water:

Then afterwards:


Then it was off to the Orcas, followed by lunch.

Then the group walked river otters
