This page is the gateway to the on-line copy of the Ruby Ranch Covenants.

In 2022 due to legal action, I was notified that the published version from which I made the html version does not represent what was actually recorded. In one case I can make the change, but in other cases it is not clear what the amendments said. Therefore do not rely on the what I have posted to be legally correct

I have taken the copy dated June 28, 2000 and converted to html

I make no warranties as to the accuracy of my typing, and these web pages should be considered un-official.

If you find areas where I have made mistakes, please notify me of the mistakes and I will correct them.
